DEPIT WOOD is faster in processing the contracts. Once we receive a deposit or LC from the customer, we usually load the logs within maximum of two weeks subjected to the availability of the vessel. For some of our long-term buyers, we contract on quarterly basis and ship the logs every month in order to make sure that their production keeps running with our good quality logs.

Our customers place the orders by email, telephone or WhatsApp. We confirm the order by issuing a “Sale Contract” or a “Proforma-Invoice”. Once we receive the deposit or Letter of Credit (LC), we plan loading and logistics for the next available vessel to ship the goods. We handle LC from different nations day to day on our work and therefore understand the value of correct documentation work on time.
